"I make each unique piece of pottery on the wheel using porcelain clay. There are many subtle distinctions within the forms and glazes. Most work is fired down a draft gas kiln. Some of my pots are fired in a kiln fueled only by wood. Those pots are distinguished by color and ash deposits. My pottery is safe for food and drink and may be put in the oven at room temperature for cooking. It is also dishwasher safe. My hope is that having a pot of mine is a visual and tactile satisfaction, and becomes a personal enjoyment."
