"I
am inspired by architecture, bridges, industrial design, constructivist
art, and found objects (especially smashed rusty stuff!). In my art
I emulate the nature of construction when cutting, bolting, and bending
gold and silver into modern forms. I build an artifact of a moment through
my work, like a dog that howls when hearing a fire engine's siren. I
have a conversation with my environment - I see it as a journal of my
