Wooden Images is a partnership of brothers John and Mark Bakula. They have been doing woodwork together since 1982, starting in a small garage in Missoula, Montana.
Woods used include Cherry, Jatoba, Maple, Canary, Oak, Padauk, Walnut, Sapele, Wenge, Imbuya, Bloodwood, Purple Heart. All woods are their natural colors, no dyes or artificial colors are used. Boards are coated with food safe finish. Care instructions included.
Each piece created has its own unique and distinctive look. By combining a wide variety of woods and then carefully finishing them, each piece becomes a one of a kind work of art. They are proud of the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail; it shows in the beauty and durability of each piece.
There are no computers doing any of the work, just two guys and some power tools.
